Salvatore practises in our WorkCover department based in Dandenong, is committed to ensuring that injured workers receive their full entitlements under the Accident Compensation Act 1985.
Salvatore is a Law Institute of Victoria accredited specialist in personal injury law. He has successfully litigated cases in most jurisdictions in Victoria, ranging from statutory benefits, serious injury applications, common law damages and complex appeals. He has prepared matters for trial in the Magistrates' Court, County Court, Supreme Court of Victoria and the Court of Appeal.
Salvatore was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia in 2004. He is a member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Law Institute of Victoria and of the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
He speaks fluent Italian and is a passionate member of the Carlton Football Club.
