Lachlan is a Law Institute of Victoria Personal Injury Accredited Specialist, which means he’s among the best WorkCover lawyers in Victoria. He has significant experience litigating in the Magistrates’, County and Supreme Court on behalf of injured workers, and he is keen to ensure workers understand and receive the full benefits of their legal rights under Victoria's WorkCover system. 

“I decided to practice in WorkCover law because I wanted to make a difference to the lives of injured workers and address the disadvantage they face when taking on the insurance companies,” says Lachlan.

Lachlan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws, and joined the firm as a lawyer in 2006 with a passion for social justice and a fair go for everyone. He is determined to use his detailed knowledge of the Victorian WorkCover system to achieve the most advantageous outcomes for his clients and to ensure they receive the best possible chance of recovery. Lachlan also lends his legal expertise to cases undertaken by the firm’s social justice practice, and relishes the opportunity he has to pursue both areas of interest while working for Maurice Blackburn.
