She provides WorkCover advice and representation to injured workers from a variety of industries and to those injured in motor vehicle accidents about their rights and entitlements to compensation through the TAC. Sarah is a qualified Law Institute of Victoria Personal Injury Accredited Specialist.
Sarah completed her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts at LaTrobe University. She started with Maurice Blackburn in 2008 as a paralegal in the personal injuries team based in the Reservoir office and was admitted to practice in April 2011. Since that time, Sarah has worked in our Reservoir and Greensborough offices.
In 2017, Sarah returned to her home town of Wangaratta, where she grew up. She is delighted to be "back home" and helping people in Victoria’s north east.
Sarah is passionate and committed to fighting for the rights of local people who have been injured in the workplace due to the negligence of their employer, or on the roads, whether or not anyone was at fault. She strongly believes that everyone is entitled to safety in the workplace and on the road, and to that end, Sarah is dedicated to obtaining the best possible results for her clients.
Sarah believes it is important to give back to her local community and she has previously volunteered at the Moreland Community Legal Centre and Whittlesea Community Legal Service.
