Samuel is passionate about representing individuals who have suffered injuries or who have lost loved ones as a result of poor or unreasonable medical care, treatment and advice.

“Many of my clients have suffered significant and life-altering injuries, or have lost someone they love, through no fault of their own. It is a privilege to act on behalf of clients who are willing to stand up for their rights and help them secure just entitlements for their losses,” says Samuel.

Samuel's strengths as a lawyer include a strong attention to detail, advanced research skills and clear and precise written and verbal communication.

Samuel has also been involved in a number of pro bono cases through Maurice Blackburn’s social justice department, including the Muckaty Station litigation.
