Ross holds a Bachelor of Laws with Distinction from Deakin University and a Diploma of Counselling and Applied Social Science from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. He joined Maurice Blackburn in 2016 and was admitted to Practice in 2023.
Since 2016, Ross has worked in several practices within the firm including WorkCover and Public Liability.
In 2019, Ross joined the asbestos and dust diseases practice, Ross has developed a particular interest in the emerging area of WorkCover compensation claims for sufferers of non-asbestos occupational diseases including occupational asthma, silicosis and auto-immune conditions such as scleroderma, COPD, sarcoidosis and lupus.
Ross has a genuine interest in assisting clients to navigate the claim process, which is often a very difficult and challenging experience, on top of everything else they’re already dealing with. His previous background in counselling and applied social sciences aid in his empathetic and supportive approach.
He is a hardworking passionate and astute lawyer who channels his compassion for his clients into achieving the best possible outcomes for them.
