Patricia holds Honours in Laws and Bachelor of Arts, and is driven to use the law to improve the lives of injured people.
Patricia has a strong history of successfully advocating statutory and common law matters relating to WorkCover claims in Victoria.
"One of the big challenges in personal injury is distilling a complex insurance scheme into everyday concepts and empowering people with this knowledge," says Patricia.
"I feel privileged that I can ease some of the harm done to injured plaintiffs – I went into law to help people and that is what I can do in this role."
Patricia is honoured to represent her clients and help provide some financial security for the future. In September 2021, her client was awarded over $1.5 million from the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Beyond her work at Maurice Blackburn, Patricia has a strong interest and commitment to social justice, including her volunteer work with the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre and Fitzroy Legal Service.
Patricia has also been a past Co-Chair of the Justice Committee and Secretary of the Victorian Women Lawyers.
