Natasha Riach

Natasha has over 25 years of experience in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution and is recognised as a leading insolvency law specialist. She has extensive experience in forensic investigations, public examinations and litigating complex matters involving insolvent trading, breach of director duties, voidable transaction and other corporation law issues.

“My career highlights have included obtaining returns for unsecured creditors through prosecuting complex and difficult claims. I am driven to continue that success through the cases we fund and by adding technical and strategic value over the course of a matter,” says Natasha.

Prior to joining Maurice Blackburn, Natasha had roles as a partner at a leading national law firm heading up the SA/NT insolvency and restructuring team, and in a boutique insolvency law practice to achieve commercial, innovative and strategic solutions for a broad range of clients.
