“I was driven to the law by a strong desire to help people. Many of my clients have experienced devastating impacts after mistreatment by insurers or financial advisers and I am passionate about helping them achieve the best possible outcome.”
Kyle started at Maurice Blackburn in 2017 as a paralegal, and began his career as a lawyer in Maurice Blackburn’s Workers’ Compensation department where he assisted injured workers to pursue their entitlements to compensation.
Kyle is passionate about Human Rights, and has volunteered in the areas of disability discrimination and refugee rights. He has also interned at numerous organisations dedicated to helping marginalised and disenfranchised members of society including Hepatitis Victoria, Victoria Legal Aid and the Castan Centre for Human Rights Law.
As a student, he spent time as a research assistant at Tilburg University in the Netherlands as part of a team that filed a constitutional petition to the High Court of Kenya in relation to a refugee who died in detention.
