Kailey Coble

"My working style is very client-focused. I know that the law can be really difficult to navigate and I want all of my clients to walk away feeling like they not only got a great outcome but felt seen and heard by me," says Kailey.

"I believe that everyone should have access to justice and be able to get the legal help they need. I'm honored to advocate for my clients and make sure that no matter how they're feeling, they have someone experienced and passionate in their corner willing to stand up for them. It's really satisfying knowing that I'm helping to take away the burden of dealing with legal issues alone."

Kailey's whole working career has been as a plaintiff lawyer, and she has always worked for 'the little guy'. Prior to working at Maurice Blackburn she worked for a community legal service giving advice exclusively to anyone under 25 in employment law. She also has experience working within a union.
