James’ drive to be there for his clients is personal. When he was about one year old, his family were involved in a motor vehicle accident where they were rear-ended at a red light. Another car then rear-ended into the car that had crashed into them as James’ Mum turned around to check on him and his brother in the backseat, leaving her with permanent neck injuries. Despite being very young at the time, this personal experience has given James an understanding of both the stressors of going through the legal system and the benefits that system can provide.
