Elizabeth Mukherji

Elizabeth has experience in both her current practice area and in personal injuries law. She now works exclusively in class action settlement administration.

"What drives me is the desire to ensure the many thousands of class actions group members, that Maurice Blackburn represent, benefit from the results the firm achieves. In my role, this means helping group members to understand the settlement administration process when a class action is successful. And implementing processes to ensure compensation is distributed as efficiently as possible."

Elizabeth has worked on significant Maurice Blackburn class action settlement administrations, including the Black Saturday bush fires and the DePuy Hip Implant class actions. She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
