Devin Rudaizky

Devin acts for clients in a range of matters including unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination, workplace investigations and industrial disputes.

"Employment law affects almost everyone, and work is central to a person's livelihood, reputation and sense of purpose," says Devin. "People often feel powerless against their employers. It's rewarding to help our clients gain a more equal footing, and to fight for their safe and fair working conditions."

Before joining our firm, Devin worked as an associate at the Supreme Court of Victoria and as a solicitor in the public sector.
