Darren Moore

Darren holds a Bachelor of Laws from QUT and was admitted as a solicitor of the Queensland Supreme Court and High Court of Australia in February 1992.

For over thirty-five years Darren has acted for those injured in Queensland. He has developed a reputation with defendants and insurers as a lawyer who will fight for every last cent of compensation for his clients.

“I know that going through the legal process can be one of the most difficult periods in a client’s life. My aim is to take the worry and stress away for them so they can focus on getting their health back on track,” says Darren.

He has been an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injuries through the Queensland Law Society since 1999 and has appeared in numerous Doyle’s Listings as a preeminent and recommended lawyer in personal injuries litigation.

He has also appeared on the list of Best Lawyers in Australia for many years.

Darren was a founding member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance (formerly the Australian Plaintiff Lawyers Association) and has held numerous ALA Committee positions for many years.

Darren has acted as the convenor and co-convenor for numerous personal injuries conferences for the Australian Lawyers Alliance and Queensland Law Society.

Darren acts for our clients in all injury claims with a specific interest in complex claims and catastrophic injuries. Darren has significant experience acting for workers injured in mining accidents across central Queensland.
