Christina Stoikos is a Senior Associate in the public liability team in Melbourne. Christina also has experience in personal injury, workplace law and property law, as well as a background in defendant insurance litigation. This provides her with a unique perspective in understanding how the law works from both sides.

Christina undertook several secondments with large insurers in their public liability teams directly dealing with public liability claims and ensuring a fair outcome was achieved.

She is a passionate litigator and a strong advocate for her clients.

Committed to achieving the best results, Christina understands that her clients are dealing with difficult situations and is sympathetic to this while also ensuring she is delivering high-quality work, along with fair and reasonable compensation.
