"Working at Maurice Blackburn gives me the opportunity to work on the most complex and ground-breaking cases, whilst also achieving real outcomes for victims of mass wrongdoing who would otherwise be unable to vindicate their rights.

"I believe that the fundamental purpose of class actions is to promote access to justice. However, class actions, and in particular shareholder class actions, also serve a number of other important purposes; not only do they encourage corporate accountability, they also promote market integrity and investor confidence by discouraging future violations of securities laws."

Charles previously worked on the QBE shareholder class action and is now working on the Vocation and Brambles shareholder class actions. He is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne.
