Carla Stephens

Carla has significant experience in personal injury law, having worked in our work injuries department. In this role she helped workers to understood and receive the full benefit of their entitlements under the Victorian workers’ compensation system. Carla also has experience working as a senior lawyer at the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Carla considers working in the Class Actions department an extension of her previous experience in assisting everyday Australians to access justice.

“I am driven to hold corporations accountable for wrongdoing and ensure those who suffer loss as a result are properly compensated,” she says.
