Alistair Lord

Alistair has broad range of legal experience from his time working as a lawyer in the northwest of England where he represented many parents and children in family law matters among others. He also dealt with cases about adoption, residence, financial provision and international abduction while there. He was the legal adviser to an independent fostering agency as well as achieving accredited specialist status for several panels.

Since moving to Queensland in 2007, Alistair has practised solely in personal injuries law. This has included assisting victims of crime and representation in the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission as well as District and Supreme Courts. As well as looking after clients who have sustained injuries at work, on the road and in public places, he has also assisted many clients with superannuation law regarding income protection and total and permanent disability insurance claims.

Alistair believes all clients deserve honesty, tenacity, integrity and attention to detail. He strives to get them the entitlements they deserve so they can try to get on with their lives despite their injuries as best they can. Alistair is now concentrating on the three core areas namely public liability, motor vehicle and workplace injuries.
