Alice Sinclair

Alice is interested in using her skillset to support clients as they navigate complex and sensitive issues in the workplace.

Her legal career began at a leading employer-focussed employment law team in Brisbane, where she demonstrated a persistent interest in the pro bono and community sector. Alice has particular expertise in anti-discrimination law and unfair dismissal, interpreting legislative and industrial instruments and helping conduct complex workplace investigations.

One of Alice’s main motivations to become an employment lawyer was because she enjoys the variety of challenges encountered in that field of law. She is also passionate about helping clients mitigate the power imbalance in the employment relationship and navigate the interpersonal challenges of a workplace employment dispute that can often feel overwhelming..
